The ideas
presented here are concerning a level of human experience higher than the world
of consensus consciousness. This experience is only accessible after a period
of study and effort under the direction of a teacher and school coming from a
conscious source. In today’s world, that source is the Fourth Way Esoteric
Teaching offered first by Gurdjieff. While this
teaching was misunderstood and watered down into cult-like group dynamics even
before the death of Gurdjieff, its power to transform
has been preserved and nourished by some, despite the many persons and groups
who pervert it for their own use.
